Stud Services
Shining C offers top-tier stud services with our exceptional male Bulldogs. Our stud is carefully selected for his outstanding pedigree, health, and temperament. We ship semen to our clients outside our local area, making it easier for you to access our top-quality stud.
Quality AKC Registered Puppies
We are proud to offer AKC-registered English Bulldog puppies that are raised with love and care. Our puppies come from top-quality bloodlines, ensuring they are healthy, well-tempered, and true to the breed standard. We have litters twice a year and accept deposits as well as waiting lists!

Hello! I’m Ciera Willard, the face of Shining C English Bulldogs. I’m a proud North Texas resident, wife & devoted mother of five. My family is my greatest joy, and I take immense pride in nurturing them with love and empathy, values that guide everything I do.
Alongside my husband, I have a rich background in raising horses and livestock, as well as working as a veterinary assistant. This experience not only deepened our bond but also ignited a passion for caring for animals that led us to pursue our dream of starting a dog business. In 2022, we turned that dream into reality by establishing a business that specializes in quality, homegrown, and raised AKC English Bulldogs.
Our commitment to breeding healthy, well-socialized puppies reflects our deep love for animals and our desire to share that joy with others. We take great care in ensuring that each puppy is a happy, loving addition to a family, just as ours are to ours. It’s a labor of love that allows us to combine our dedication to family with our passion for animals, and we couldn’t be more excited about the journey ahead!
